What this site collects
This site uses no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking code. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Machine request and sell forms
If you fill in the machine request or sell-your-machine form, your machine details together with your name, company, phone, email, country and note are sent to Looms For Sale (Güryay Tekstil). We use them only to review your request, reply to you and prepare an offer. They are kept in our job tracking system and in the responsible person’s Telegram account, stored for at most 2 years after the request is closed, and never shared with other companies. To have them deleted, write to us with your reference number.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them for marketing.
WhatsApp and email
The question boxes on listing pages only prepare the text of a message; they store nothing. Once WhatsApp opens, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply. We use what you send us only to answer your request and do not share it with other companies.
Your rights
For requests under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), write to info@loomsforsale.com.
