How we work when industrial weaving machinery changes hands.
About Looms For Sale
- LoomsForSale.com is a specialised B2B marketplace for industrial weaving machinery, including velvet looms, jacquard systems, carpet weaving machines and related spare parts.
- We act as direct sellers from our own verified stock, and as authorised brokers representing sellers of industrial-grade equipment.
Product verification
- All machines are inspected and photographed before listing.
- Technical details (brand, model, year, condition, width, accessories) are verified to the best of our ability.
- Buyers may request video inspections, live machine demonstrations or site visits before purchase.
Pricing and payment
- All prices are in USD or EUR unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are made by bank transfer to the designated LoomsForSale.com account.
- Full payment or an agreed deposit must be received before any dismantling, packing or shipment begins.
Delivery and logistics
- Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) as specified in the sales agreement.
- Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, duties and taxes in their country.
- Dismantling, packing and shipping are offered as optional services for an additional fee.
Returns and warranty
- Due to the nature of industrial machinery, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- A warranty is provided only if it is explicitly stated in the sales agreement.
Listing requirements for sellers
- Machines must be industrial-grade weaving equipment.
- Sellers provide brand, model and year of manufacture; weaving width and technical configuration; photos and videos showing the machine’s condition; location and availability.
Commission and fees
- We work on a commission basis or buy directly for stock, whichever works best for both parties.
- The commission rate is agreed before listing. Listing is free; sales through LoomsForSale.com are subject to brokerage fees.
Exclusivity
- For a faster sale, sellers may grant exclusive selling rights to LoomsForSale.com for an agreed period. Exclusive listings get priority promotion on our website, social media and partner networks.
Inspection and buyer access
- Sellers allow reasonable access for buyer inspections.
- Machines are kept in operational or as-described condition until sale.
Disputes
- Disputes are first addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, they are handled under Turkish Commercial Law unless otherwise agreed.
